| Fire Coral | Reef Re Done Hello again Well I have done it. I have removed the old reef and rebuilt the new......and I am so glad I did.....it looks so much better. Has added depth and shape to my reef instead of its previous wall like structure. I also replaced all my substrate for a 5" dsb with coral sand. However, isnt there always one?, on the back wall of my tank where once the reef used to lean, a large amount of green hair like algae that is now becoming frond like has developed. It is becoming quite long......almost 2-3". It actually looks quite cool as it sways in the motion of the water. Should I remove this? Regards Steve |
