DT's live phyto any good?

I've decided to feed my LPS and softies last week and i've been using micro vert( 1 drop every other day) but my LFS told me to try Dt's 'cause they're better and more natural. What do you guys think? It's live phytoplankton.

Says live but after trying it a few months ago I was pretty disappointed with the results. Also my nitrates went through the roof.

I have since turned my system into a zeo system. For coral feeding I am dosing two drops of this Aquarium Specialty Every day. I would not follow the bottles direction. Just build up by doing a dose everyday. My nitrates are zero now along with po4.

I don't think lps would benefit very much from phyto, and they are very easy to over do. I feed all my lps frozen mysis with great results.
