And show a pic of your light positioning. What is your N and P? The fan is of most use when using a wavetimer on the pump... helps dry off the boundary layer that slows down nutrient transfer... just like real waves. But without a wavetimer, it's just for cooling. |

| Manta Ray | Re: Mega-Powerful Nitrate and Phosphate Remover Replaces Skimmer, Refugium, Everythin OK I'll do that tomorrow, I'll have to reach in my tank to take out HA which is not easy! the light is right on the screen, maybe 1" away. Now if I dont rub any on it it'll still work? just take sometime the first time? There's actually more algae on the screen than you can see in the pic |
