Lion fish both corals?

So iwas thinking about re-stocking my tank. I would really like to get a lion fish. I know all the fish compatability and stuff. Iam just a little concerned with having him in there and knocking over my corals as he perches in the tank. I have a few lps frogspawns and torches that iam not sure if they will be a problem. What are reffers experiences with having a lionfish in a reef system. Will he disturb the corals?

Its the hermit crabs that knock over stuff in my tank. Never had a problem with Lion before.

Re: Lion fish both corals?

My dwarf lion never bothered anything. Mostly he slept in the shadows until I came by to feed him then he'd swim to the top.

Re: Lion fish both corals?

They can cause perching problems. But it can be rectified by teasing it off of corals till they get the point.
Other then that you already said your familiar with the predatory habits and maybe factor in the amount of waste they produce.
