| Elegance coral ![]() | 2 LPS's changing My 7" Toad Stool has slumped over and has shriveled up to about half its size, and my 7" dia open brain also. ALL water params are good except for Mg high, Ca high. I have had them for over a year and all other LPS's are fine, as well as the SPS's and fish and inverts. I have not changed any thing, 20% water change every 3 weeks. Any info other then opinions are welcomed. TIA, Bob

| Tuxedo Urchin | Re: 2 LPS's changing more frequent water changes!!! 5 to 10 % every week. this will help with your mg and cal levels. also will keep toxins that may be affecting your corals to a minimum. also how far apart are these corals? there may be a turf battle going on. |

| Elegance coral ![]() | Re: 2 LPS's changing Opposite sides of the tank TS is on a rock and the OB is on the substrate. As I stated happened this week and all else is fine, no stray current, I keep Mg and Ca high all the time so that has not changed. Ca about 480, Mg about 1500, for 3 years, give or take little swings, use RC salt since start up, gone thru the bad batches.
