Reef Safe?

A LFS is selling Barracudas. I'd be to afraid to even stick my hand in the tank. LOL. I've seen to many horror stories. After seeing the thread I had to run down and take a look for myself. Fist time I've see one for sale.

Not by far they are also really dificult to care for
