Re: Economic Stimulus and your Reef

I guess you can say that Varga! It's a 2 year old 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a 2 car garage on 2 acres. It was appraised at $280,000...but get this...poor family lost it in back taxes and forecloser....I picked it up for less than $100,000!---By the way, this is Texas so everything is way cheaper here as far as realestate goes.

Re: Economic Stimulus and your Reef

Hey Wit,

I do feel bad for the guy. I have met him several times and he is a super guy. But my three little girls need a home too. I am just happy that my family was blessed with this home. I feel blessed that I am able to provide this home to them. These are tough times and to find a deal like this, and to be able to provide a 3100 sq ft beautiful new home in a superb school district as a single dad of three small girls on one paycheck makes me feel like I am taking care of my children the way they should be taken care of.

Re: Economic Stimulus and your Reef

i have to see both sides,,,,gambling is one thing,,,but when one's win is another mans loss,,,,in this context,,,,i feel for the loser,,,he lost all,,,and prolly the last he had.

Bad times for sellers, good times for buyers.

However, I recognize lots of youg couples can afford a home when they couldn't two years ago.
