fungis?

i have all over my rocks a whitish clear fungis that is growing on the surface of allmost everything. it is very clear and about 1/4 of an inch thick. i really do not know what it is. i looks like mold or fungis of some sort. so far i think it has been harmless. it started 3 weeks ago and has spread over most everything except the glass.

How's the flow?
If it is fungus growing on excessive organics you water parameters should reveal a problem.
