Unhappy Capnella 9 days all closed up

Follow up on my post a week ago. Our Capnella is still retracted about as completly as I can imagine possible. She has not opened in nine days. It stands upright, not collapsed.

Here is my original post with photos. No change. If anything it is uniformly getting slightly darker. Not splotches or spots, just darkening all over.

I've been running carbon since last Saturday (6 days). Everything else in the tank is fine. Params are good holding steady - no changes in months.

I'm trying to be patient...

Dangit! I can't stand the ones that just stump you. Did you try moving it yet?

In the spirit of being patient and holding steady - we have not moved it - yet. Seems that may be a reasonable next step. Curious situation...

Mine are sensitve to water conditions particularly alkalinity. They like high salinity, and moderate water flow.

Is your paramters ok?

Thanks.

Cos - I was overstating... I just meant to imply that surely there is competition going on in the tank. No real visible oozing...

The Capnella is down stream from red and green mushrooms and a white pulsing Xenia. No visible signs of a fight.
