| Manta Ray | Skimmer Help needed ok folks, I officially have 240 gallons of SW in my living/guest room. Now I'm thinking I need a skimmer to handle all this. I'm making a DIY skimmer right now but how big a of a skimmer do I really need? the one I'm makind is 24" tall x 6" diameter PVC driven by 2x mag5 needle wheel pumps. is that enough? Can I just use that + lots of WC's? ![]() didnt people have really nice reef tanks in the 70's before skimmers were even invented? |
