| Bryozoan | Hydrated lime vs. Kalkwasser Can Hydrated lime from your local garden center be used in place of Kalkwasser / Mrs. Wages lime ????? I'm tired of paying $20 for Kalk, and can't find Mrs. Wages locally. Seems the ingredients (Calcium/Magnesium) are the same, just a different package. Thoughts ??????

| 8 left feet... | Re: Hydrated lime vs. Kalkwasser I use Ms. Wages pickling lime. I can buy it at the grocery store pretty cheap... Sorry, didn't read thoroughly first to see that you can't get it locally. Maybe you can find it online in bulk cheap.
