coral placement reference - Page 3

How interresting that this old thread popped up when I was just reading about the subject last night.
According to the article in this month's Aquarium Fish International it is exactly the opposite. When corals are close together they expend almost all of their energy in the fight for space and have little left to grow etc.
It was a very interresting article but that was one of the key points.
