Question on frag tanks

Hi i am really starting to get into fragging and have decided to make a frag tank. my display is only a 55 so the i wont be fragging tons of things.

my questions are;

what size tank should i use

are there any special water parameters that are different from my display

what is the minimum lights i can get by on~ i have mostly lps and softies

what about flow alot a little >???

any other input on a successful frag tank would be greatly appreciated!!!

Re: Question on frag tanks

just think of it as a miniature version of your display, without all the LR and a bare bottom...pretty much it...maybe a little extra light for the fraggies.

Re: Question on frag tanks

like above but i would consider a little bit more flow so after fragging the flow will wash of corals from any bildup/ slime.....good idea..frag tank
