Gut packing Brine Shrimp

I searched here but came up empty. How do you go about gut packing brine shrimp?

I put several drops of phytoplankton, selcon, or vitamins in a small cup filled with live brine. They will eat it very quickly and leave behind clear water. Wait about 1-2 hours, then feed the brine to the fish.
