i got a salifert calcium test i need the difections if anyone has them, thanks

thanks guys, my ca tested like 700ppm wtf? my alk is like 5.5dkH too?
i use b-ionic for my calc and alk, its a liquid. you are supposed to put alk first, then the calk, but can i just put in the alk?

Nick, if indeed that is what your tests are you need to read and understand this. http://www.advancedaquarist.com/issues/nov2002/chem.htm You are in "Zone 4", (High Ca/low Alk). I don't know that you need to be supplementing at this early stage of your tank. 10% weekly WCs should be enough.

Also have you checked your magnesium (Mg)? Magnesium plays a big part in the ionic balance of the water. Mg should be at 1280-1320 ppm.
