Parameter chart?

anyone have a good chart system to keep record of your tank? nothing too involved.. but just a way i can look back? i have been trying to think of a homemade way to do it.. but wondered if anyone has any ideas or has one they can share? thanks!

The easy way is just to use a Microsoft Excel, or similar spreadsheet, if you just want to record parameters.
If you want a journal, like a diary, Microsoft Word or similar word processing program. If you don't want to spend
any money, Open Office contains an open source word processor and open source spreadsheet that will do just fine.

There was a thread here a month or so ago with a spreadsheet to be copy and pasted. I remember Big Al was in that conversation. I'll see if I can find it.

cool thanks ! the journal... looks nice! but more than what im looking for... just something real simple jjusst so i can look back and see what my param were and what i changed(filters and what not) cause with the nano, it has a carbon pouch, these little rings in a pouch and the black sponge...and you dont change them all at the same time... so if i know when i changed them i would feel better . and not just have a post it or something saying it.. :P
