| Tridacna maxima ![]() | I put an announcement on the front page, but wanted to post it here also, to make sure everyone sees it. ReefSanctuary forums will be down for a brief period of time tonight, beginning at approximately 8:00pm EST. We will be changing over to a faster server. Once the move has been completed, you may need to log into RS using a temporary URL - this should only be for 24-48 hrs. We will keep you posted as soon as we have more information.

The total downtime involved to members should be less than an hour. Thanks!

| Tridacna maxima ![]() | Just a note .... The server change has done, and the nameservers are in the process of being updated. In layman's terms, this means that there might be problems & glitches for up to 48 hours. One of the most noticeable issues is that you might notice graphics (forums, chat, UserCP, etc. buttons, and post icons, etc.) not displaying. Hopefully this will all be over with soon, and we'll be back to running as normal, except a little faster! Thanks everyone for your patience!

| Contributing Member ![]() | DNS updated within a few hours for me, until it updated though, I was unable to log in at all. Hopefully others aren't or haven't experienced the same problems. Not sure if everyone is seeing this, but in the latest photos block on the home page, I see this error message. Quote:

| Tunicate | That error is actually the result of a bug between php and zend. RL has a PM with information on how to correct the issue. Nothing is broken its more of an issue of a 'false error'. Basicly the bug is that you cant call the php include function using the full URL path of a file when you have PHP and Zend installed on the same system. Instead you need to call the php include function using the server path of the file (ie /home/username/location2file/) If that still does not correct it then you just preceed the include(); line with a @. This tells php to not report an error. |
