Good Morning RS!

Not sure what the temp is right now. Probably cold because last night was sure cold and windy!!

Well what a day it was here yesterday at RS! Big group hug everyone!! I am so happy that I have found this place with such a GREAT group of people!! WOW!

Hope you get your unit soon Johnny!

Mark has shown me how to enlarge RS so that I can see the post a little better. The letters are still a little fuzzy but, I can read them better!

Hope everyone has a great day and stay safe! Waiting also to see how your brother is doing Johnny!

Tank related....Mark is just about ready to instal moon lights. He wired them all together yesterday and they work!!!LOL

I have thought about moon lights, also. Let me know how you like them. Them seem like they would be a very nice addition. Which ones did you get?

Good morning

It's a gorgeous -2 C and very sunny this morning.

Tank related, today we're going to the LFS or the hardware store to buy a pump for our sump. How does Eheim's 200gph pump perform?

Have a great day

Alexis

Morning all.

I checked out one of the better Reef stores in the area yesterday. They seemed low on stock but did have a decent selection of corals and a nice setup.Nothing really knocked my socks off in the SPS dept but they had stuff that most LFSs don't have.
A few fish caught my eye.A semilarvatus that was pristine and several Neon Dottys and a bunch of tankraised true Percs that were adorable.

Good Morning Everyone!

It is a +19 degrees this morning and just rolled out of bed. Was up with the wife until around 2:30AM.

Tank related. Going to hold off on any more water changes until I get the RO/DI unit. Looking forward to see if that will make a big difference in my tank.

Going to call my brother this morning and make sure he is cool with the surgery he will be having on Monday.

Have a great Sunday everyone and hug a loved one. A big special hug to all of you for what you did for me.

Good Morning All! The knee just seems to get better & better with each passing day! I hate spending several hours /day in the "torture chamber" as I call the "Constant Passive Motion" therapy machine, but I know it's for my own good, and it really doesn't hurt, the torture is just from laying there with nothing to do but snooze. Gonna go out & buy one of the Game Boy Advance SP units today, to give me something to do while just laying there.
Tank related, since my closed loop took a crap on me the night before my surgery, cyano seems to be trying to take over several portions of my tank. It'll be at least a week before I can get down on the knees & crawl around to get it fixed. Ought to be a nice pretty red everywhere by then. I can only stuff so many powerheads in the tank!
# of the local reef clubs had a big group swap meet yesterday, and I hear it was quite a success! I didn't attend because of the stinkin knee, but some friends went, and I sent a rock covered with those lovely yellow polyps that want to take over everything, and some of my "ultra-Rare" Xenia Elongatta! grows like weeds! can't give it away fast enough!

Everyone have a great day, and if you're going out & about, drive carefully!
