great pics. I had two female square pink anthias and they fought until one died. The female did not revert to the male coloration.

It just disappeared. It wasn't on the floor - just gone. Maybe the anemone got it, maybe it died and the star ate it. These aren't the first anthias I've kept so don't worry, I feed them a lot I didn't have time to check them in the morning so I don't know how long the fish has been missing. I hope I don't find a crusty, mouldy fish on the floor one day.

if you didn't find it on the floor anywhere, my guess whould be the carpet anemone got it...
