I acquired this coral as a hitch hiker and since then i had it fragged and now the main head is growing two new heads.

Looks like a corralimorph (cup coral) to me.

Divebums: Cup Corals (Orange Cup Coral - Balanophyllia elegans, Brown Cup Coral - Paracyathus stearnsii)

At first thats what i thought it was but i realized that there is a tissue that covers the entire skeleton as well as the fact that i found it on a sponge instead of rock. it wasnt until recently that i had it glued onto a rock. Also there are heads popping off of the tissue instead of the rick itself one head can be seen in the picture with the larger single polyp.

ima say ditto on the dittos about it being cup coral.

as for the soft tissue appearance on yours, mine do that as well when they are expanding their skeleton.
