Frozen food??

Hi, Is possible to use frozen shrimp and/or mollusks from supermarket??
What preparation I have to do???
Which brand??

Maybe using this raw food I slow phosphate in aquarium

refugium 18 g with caulerpa

Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0 Nitrate = 10 pH = 8.3

HI onix. You can use frozen, watch for additives in the frozen product and don't use pre cooked frozen foods.. Fresh food from the deli works best.

You can blend it all in a blender, very good , make it like a milk to a thick milkshake type substance, Add RO water to make thinner, You can also add vitamins and algae strips, Do a search on here for "blender mush" and you will find a lot of peoples recipes.

Be careful not to over feed or it may contribute to nitrates and phosphates.

I agree 100% I have been feeding store shrimp, octopus & squid, clams etc for years
