my tanks been going for quite some time,it produced its own feather dusters and snails..but what the heck is all the spikes growing out of the live rocks.everytime the water is disturbed the like get these stringy stuff comes out of them

Sounds like vermatid gastropods. The web they secrete is used to catch their food. Completely harmless in my opinion.
