| Beautiful Katamari | Re: Bad Temp. Problem Need Help Now A fan blowing over the top of the tank will help bring the temp. down. However, if the ambient room temp is - say 85 - you will not be able to lower the temp below that without a chiller. A window air conditioner for that room may be cheaper than a chiller.

| Bryozoan | Re: Bad Temp. Problem Need Help Now I had this problem as well......almost the same temps. Bought a 5000BTU window A/C with a thermostat and it keeps the room at 74 all day. At night, I open the windows and a fan blows in cool air. Temp went from a daily average of 82 down to 78. And it was a hell of a lot cheaper than a $600 chiller. |

| Sunshine Reefer ![]() | Re: Bad Temp. Problem Need Help Now Have you checked with more than one thermometer? Could be off or something. Other than that fans and bags of ice are all you can do.
