| Social Darwinism victim   | aquarium flow question My Odyssea ex240 powerhead is rated at 250gph. Is this OK for my 37 gallon?

| Star Polyps  | Re: aquarium flow question depends on what you want to keep, fish only with live rock i'd say keep a minimum of 10x turnover rate, Soft corals about 20-30x turnover rate, and SPS (hard Coral) only id go with 40x turn over. with that powerhead you're only getting 6.7 or about 7x turnover.
