| The Wand Geek was here. ;) ![]() | Re: Movie of my tank I use Ocean Nutrition dried green seaweed (nori) to feed my tang. I put a small piece (1" x 2") on a nori clip (or you can rubberband a piece to a rock) and let him munch on it. Be careful you don't used too much nori that it breaks off and floats away to rot and degrade your water quality. Remove any uneaten pieces.

| Tridacna maxima | Re: Movie of my tank green humm, nope got a pic. i hope they are not selling you caulerpa. maybe its cheato. but i think more than likely its ulva. usually most feed Gracilaria parvispora AKA tang heaven "ogo", its red or brown. ulva is green and looks like lettuce. both are good for tangs and other herbies. if you can not get a pic can you discribe it better? does it have leaves. feathered soid or other wise? does it attach to rock or anything? try a quick search on ulva, see if that is it.
