| Contributing Member ![]() | Cool video. I love my GS maroon. (It’s my favorite clown) Great fish even though she is nasty ![]() Hopefully the sail fin will calm down to give yours a little time to heal those fins. Congrats on the new addition

| Reef Lobster | What might work to keep the sailfin occupied, is find a nice big picture of another sailfin tang, print it out, cut it out, and tape it to the side of the aquarium... (try to blow it up as big as you can on the sheet of paper). The sailfin will forget all about the clown once you do this... ![]() I saw on another forum that somebody did this with a yellow tang that was attacking a copperband butterfly... and they said it worked great.

| Regular Guy Moderator ![]() | Awesome video. Those fins will grow back in no time provided the sailfin don't kill it. My marron and sailfin get along famously although the maroon was in the tank first and they were both juveniles. You could try moving some LR around to eliminate old territories. The mirror/photo idea sounds great! Maybe both strategies will keep your maroon alive. ![]()

| the wood dude ![]() | i have always heard with tangs that it is always better to add them last and they are'nt as aggressive.but sometimes thats impossible i know.i would give them a few more days if you can i think they will settle down.my yellow tang always did the same thing.they just want to be the king of the tank.
