Smile Fish Carnival

I have finally managed to get my 24 gallon nano set up how i want it. I have a few corals. But the fish i have are the spotlight. i have a true perc. clown who is a lil chubby. He eats out of my hand, and when i clean my tank he bites me. I also have a pair of yellow seahorses. They are the craziest fish i have ever had. the curl up on my finger and wait to be fed. The eat better than many of my other fish. when i walk into the room they greet me. When i put y hand in the tank the seahorses wrap around either my hand or my wrisy and the clown uses my fingers like an anemone. I was just wonderig if anyone else has any fish who are as friendly.

Re: Fish Carnival

All my seahorses greet me morning and night.

In my reef tank, my henni and clowns come to the glass everytime I get near the tank. The henni will actually nip at the glass to get my attention.

A word of caution with the clown and seahorses. Clowns can become aggressive/territorial as they grow so just keep an eye on it with the horses. Remember, clowns are just damsels in fancy pajamas.

Your fish sound so sweet! I would definitely keep an eye on the clown with the ponies. Pics would be good...'cause we love pics!

Re: Fish Carnival

Welcome to RS! Yes please post some pics. We love pics. There are a lot of pony lovers here as well. What kind of ponies to you have? I just re-started my pony tank with 2 baby girl redi. I've only had them 3 days and already they greet me when I walk to their tank. They know I am the food source. I used to have kudas who would wrap themselves around my finger every time my hand was in the tank as well.
I know it is fun, but you really should try to keep your hands out of the tank whenever possible for your health as well as that of your fish.
