whoa, weirdness.

so i found hese weird lil things t day, sorry no pics my only camera is disposable.

but i can offer a thurough description.

you know th macro algae that has like lil bulbs, yea good.

i got that, and today on my lunch break i was camped out infront of the tank. and noticed that a few of the bulbs were moving!?!?!

its not the actually bulbs, but i thing their supposed to look like they are

they look like a pea, with a mini nudibranch head, tiny like the size of this "O"

but the pea part is like a snail shell that the heads retract into (i poked one)

any idea what im talking about? are they bad good or in between?

Try a google search for Vermetid Snail. Not sure if that is what you are looking at or not.

ya know when you crack open a snow pea? it looks just like that with a tiny green nudibranch head

i hope so.

i dont know if i've just never noticed them or what, but i started pokin around in the macro algae last night, and ill tell ya what, i gots me a lil posse of these ninja turtle snails. (like a dozen)

i guess they're kinda rare.

maybe i just never noticed because they are so keen and camo, and Bane just hasnt noticed them, or doesn't consider their nutritional value worth the effort.

the lil things are just tiny.

Looks a little bit like our shrek we found in out qt.

Seems to be different though since mine didn't have any apparent shell.
