Nano Plus All In One Tanks

I was looking at the CadLights tanks. See they have a 25g now w/built in refriguim and lighting. Got me to thinking; does anyone do a 75 plus all in one tank? If not, why not?

Check out the picture frame tanks. Very interresting but I don't know how you would work on them.
