| Brunt of all Jokes~ ![]() | Whats in your Sock?? The sock thread seems to be popular this week so, what do you find in your sock and what do you do with it? Today was laundry day (wash the sock) I always turn it inside out to check for snails and stuff, this time my hand came across some grit, quite a bit really and that shouldnt be in there. magnifing glass in hand whoa! thems baby snails, so like 40 babys back into the fuge with two mysids almost big enough to eat. Do you check or just wash? Steve ![]() |

| Paperlady's Vandy ![]() | Re: Whats in your Sock?? My LFS has a really neat policy with the purchase of their filter socks...if you bring them back dirty they will give you clean ones in return. I purchased 4 all together two on and two returned to him for clean ones, he says that he cleans around 50 a day...so I don't have to clean inside but I do look when I remove them, I did find a bumble bee snail tonight, glad I looked.
