How does he look now? Did the spots go away or increase?
Also you can crop the picture to just show the area with the spots. This might give a better view when you load the pics. Also see if your picture program has a compress function. If it does then use that to decrease the file size.

i tried talking a bunch of pics but my camera just not doing the job..well the update is: the white spots are gone and its like they ate or burnt threw as there are shredded fins where they where ,that was about three days ago and the fins have since healed and grown back
i do notice white smudge like on swimming fins that seem to come and go and are more noticable some times than others.but the fish is now eating the garlic flakes and seaweed im putting in the tank and looking fat..he was swimming real quick and stopping, like jolting when i first got him but this has seemed to almost stop in the 3 weeks we have had him now..hes definently looking better and im hoping the ick or whatever he has is going away or atleast tolerable for him..i really want to add more fish but am waiting till im sure he is all cured..ty

Very glad to hear that he has improved. I love mine. Hopefully yours will do well for you in the long run as well.
As to adding more fish it is definitely a good idea to wait. You should also qt any new fish before adding to your reef.
If you do not yet have a qt tank set up, now is the time to do it. The qt tank will need to cycle just like any other tank.
