| The Wand Geek was here. ;) ![]() | Re: moon light They are not necessary but are nice to have if you like gazing into your tank at night. I think you need one per foot (horizontally) of tank to illuminate completely. I have a 1 watt LED blue moonlight over my large purple anemone for the sole purpose of allowing the fish to see/avoid it in the dark of the night.

| Tridacna maxima | Re: moon light just get some. ther pretty cheap. if you dont like them can alway take them out. i like getting red ones so i can spy on them at night. i used them to catch a wrasse while sleeping. he never saw me coming, hehe. |
