Whats the cheapest HOB UV Sterilizer?

Depends...how big of a tank do you need this for? Gotta remember when comparing UV's that MOST of them give a rating for freshwater use, and it's NOT even close for saltwater....Here's a good chart to use for comparison:

ebay has some cheap ones but pay a few bucks extra and get a good one ..
