Reflectors

Has anyone ever used mirrors as reflectors for the metal halides? Just wanting to know. I have several to use and don't want to throw them away.

Re: Reflectors

wouldn't the constant humidity cause the backing to tarnish?

Re: Reflectors

i listened to an hour talk on lighting today and was told about how important reflectors are.. and how much we can benefit from them... How with the right reflector you can get a lot of par from a 250w MH... So using something not designed you might not get the correct pars from your lamps..
