Well for the first time in almost forever it was chilly today,and along with that the dreaded daylight saving time is nearing. Is there anything special you do for winter??

i dont really, some people like witty have to use a chiller in the winter cuz his tank is near his heater, but same maintaince. I have to turn my heater down some b/c roomates keep the apt around 60-65 in the summer time and 70 in the winter so just maintain levels and you should be fine

Test and clean your heater(s). Using vinegar and a plastic pot scrubber works great. Make sure to rinse it off well.

ive seen y'all freak over frost warnings,,,,oh my the world will run out of OJ~

if the temp stopped dropping at 32 i would be happy~

Everybody needs their vitamin c. Plus what would you mix vodka with if there were no orange juice. LOL
Oh course there are down sides. Since I have lived in Florida since age 5, I have never made a snowman. How sad is that.

I love snow too Lynn! We do not get it very often here in NC so when it comes, I play in it like a kid

Here is a photo of a 2 day old NC snowman! They don't last long here... LOL~

The only problem I have with snow is having to shovel it all just to go to work. Doesn't seem fair! LOL

Actually Gina that was taken not too far from you. I have an office in Chantilly VA (near Dulles airport) and that was during one of my visits. It frequently snows while we are there, but always the wrong kind or on that day not enough. A friend from Minnesota helped me out so I had something.
