Benign Flatworms

I ran across this when researching flatworms. I found it at Melev's reef and it is listed a benign flatworm. Are they truly nothing to worry about?
I have attached a pic of one and would like any feed back you guys/girls can give. TIA

Lin

Re: Benign Flatworms

While they're not great to have, they usually don't become the plague that the red ones do. Their numbers usually rise and fall depending on the nutrient load in the tank.

So, BoomerD, if I ever see one - don't panic? or at least not as bad? LOL

Re: Benign Flatworms

I once had a bunch of these guys in my tank. I started to worry about how quickly they were popping up, but once I got my scooter blenny, they disappeared!

Re: Benign Flatworms

Ditto on Boomer's advice, no worries... They are just there. If the red ones start popping up Salifert's FW exit is great and works fast.
