| Midas Blenny | Timer Help?! I recently purchased the Coralife Aqualight digital timer. I tried programming it and it seems non-responsive. 2 outlets for day and 2 for night and 4 for constant power. When I program the day to turn on it works fine but when I program it to turn off lets say at 5:00pm - and have the night ones turn on at 8:00pm they turn on right after the 5:00pm just turned off?! Also, is there a timer for individual equipment? I was under the impression that this unit was like that, instead it turns on both sides of day and night vs. each individual equipment socket. Anybody using this model? What are you guys using and how do you have yours set up? I want my lights to run like this on - off 9:00am - 8:00pm actnics 10:00am - 5:00pm mh 8:00pm - 3:00am lunar Heres a link to timer i bought: http://www.fishsupply.com/sesu-01692.html |

| The Wand Geek was here. ;) ![]() | Re: Timer Help?! I am not familiar with this timer. I can suggest a Digital Aquatics Reef Keeper 2 controller that would handle your situation in addition to many other things. I use two of these controllers and love them! Hopefully, someone with experience using your timer can chime in...

| Reefing Addict | Re: Timer Help?! The coralife timer works like this... 4 outlets are always on... then the other 4 are split into 2... if the 2 are on then the other 2 must be off and if the second set of 2 are on the first set of 2 outlets are off... They are to work with moonlights .... like PCs on and then off and when they go off moon lights go on... |
