Another plumbing question

On the bulk head fiting for a closed loop does the piping go on the inside or the outside of the bulkhead. I tried screwing a right angle on and the threads got stuck so I think I might be doing this wrong.

Aas a general rule, the threads on the outside of a bulkhead are just for the nut that holds it in place in the hole. You plumb to the threads inside the hole if it has them, or glue it in, if it's a slip fitting.

If your bulkheads have internal threads, try the grey fittings in the electrical dept. My bulkheads wouldn't match the white pvc fittings but the grey electrical conduit fittings would match.

Ok thanks for that, yeah I was trying to do it all wrong

By the way it's a slip fitting then. Glad I didn't order the 1 1/2 inch threaded right angles

Give some thought before glueing the slip fitting. You need a way to separate the bulkhead from the pipe in the future.
