Suggestions for my 75gal Conversion

I plan on converting my 75gal fresh into a SW fish only tank and I want to ensure that I do it right. It is not drilled and I dont expect to have it drilled so no over flow boxes, what is the best type of filter I should use to skim the water surface? This tank will hold all agressive fish, live rock and no corals. Any and all suggestions for a successful setup is appreciated.

HOT AquaC Remora Pro with an overflow box will work nicely.

Make sure that tank has never had any copper medications in it......

I have treated my fresh water fish for ick in the past but not sure if it had copper. What is the best way to clean the tank out? I wont have any corals but will the live rock not like it??

Copper is toxic to inverts. I am really not certain if the copper is absorbed by glass, however, I do know that rocks and sand absorb it readily and then later will slowly leach the copper back out into the water column creating dangerous copper levels for inverts.
