It looks an awful lot like an ASM skimmer but you will have to get the details from the owner. Meanwhile check out the pics on my chronicle. I have an awesome new fuge and sump comletely separate. Since the pics there I added a 6 inch sandbed to the fuge as well as some base and lr and several types of macro. Life abounds in my new sump.

Yes, my skimmer is ASM G3 and i added a drain valve to it. The sump is a simple 55g AGA tank with some lexan pieces siliconed into place.

i say this as my best advice to a beginner. do not,,,and i repeat,,,,,DO NOT look at my tank as an example....i have a well practised eye, decades of experience, and a trunkload of failures to allow me to force the issue and get away with things most cannot~

tell me about it, 500g in main tank and sump plus a 50g waterchange tank. Ive had to start buying my reefcrystals in 25kg tubs!!!

I have a 180 gallon RR tank, 100 sump and a 75 gallon fuge all hooked together. Our water changes are at 50 gallons. Does this count?????

180 gallon Reef, 3- 250 XM 15K MH Electronic ballast, 380 watts VHO Actinics, 2- 5 watt LED Moon lights, 100 gal rubbermaid sump, 75 gallon Fuge, ETSS 600 Skimmer, 4700-5400 gph pump for return, Octopus 3000 controller, Iwaki 40 RL skimmer pump, 2- 65w PC 10K fuge lights, 2 55 gallon barrels, Custom light oak stand and hood, misc pumps, extra 600 gallon rated tank size protein skimmer.
Purple tang, yellow tang, pacific blue tang, 2 green chromis, 1 Sand sifting star, snails, hermit crabs, 2 mated perculas, pulsing Xenia, Anenome, mushrooms, ricordia, zoanthids, kenya tree 1 1/2" tall, misc other hitchhiker stuff.
DIY is my dream... ...well OK the only way I can afford this Addiction!!
Just as the light goes on in my head... ... I break the bulb!!
