id white things

I have these white things on my rock i wondered what they are should i get rid of them? here are two pics. On on my rock next to the fanworm and mushroom hope you can see it? the other is right under my xenia two white puffy thing look like a fin sticking out.

ReefLady every time i upload a pic it tells me that i exceed the size how do i make a smaller pic?

Open your photos in paint, then go to stretch and skew, shrink them until they fit, thats what I did and it works, easy too.

Are those the things you're talking about?

If so, they're a type of sponge. Nothing to worry about.
I've got them in my tank and sump.
