Modifications to Aqua C Remora Skimmer!

Hey guys im finally building my refugium and in doing so i want to make the water line slightly above my pump for my aqua c remora...i was thinking of adding a longer vinyl tube between the skimmer and the pump and i was wondering if this is possible and will the skimmer work just as well!?!

Sure it will work

Also, you can always upgrade your pump and get more out of your skimmer. I have a mag 3 on mine.

I have seen people do this to their Remoras. I have been thinking of doing that also, to get it lower in the tank where ya can't see the ugly thing LOL.
I too have the mag 3 on mine, works great!

ditto, mag 3, with the longer tube in my sump, mag3 sits on the bottom. Mine is just the HOB remora.
