| Moderator ![]() | Question about Algae in the Refugia? We are going to be purchasing a 5g aquarium today to turn into a refugia. I've done some reading about the different types of algae to stock it with. I guess my question is, are there different types of Cheatomorpha and if there are, what type would be the best to get? There is also a question as to should we go BB or add some LS? Does it make a difference? If anyone has any good links regarding Cheatomorpha and careing for it, could you please post it here? Thanks in advance! |

I plan on bringing a bunch back from florida on my next trip. I have sand in my main display and my sump/ref is BB. I would go BB.. it will be easier to keep the sump clean and the algae doesn't care ![]()
