Is there a trick to.....?

Is there a trick to getting mushrooms and rics to attach to rocks? I have had both now for 3-4 weeks and neither one of them has attached. I have tried super glue and they just slime their way off of it.

Suggestions please.

I leave them in a low flow area and place a loose elastic band crossed over the centre. Some people put them in covered containers (like a strawberry basket) with some rock rubble and wait until the shrooms attach themselves.

You can also use a clear plastic cup with a top. Make sure you have a lot of holes in it, fill the botom with rock. let it sit for about a week or two. you can also use a net to rap the rock and shroom with it

Tried the rubberband thing---no luck

Can retry the glass shotglass thing with rubble at the bottom again---but first time no luck. I rubber band netting over the top of the glass.

We used material that you make wedding veils out of and tied with a loose rubber band. Had to leave it there for about a month before it attached.
