This guy is GOOD! I actually have one of his photos (the one listed above) as my wallpaper at work. He's got so much talent and it's great he's sharing back with the hobby. It's just a PLUS he's a member here at RS

Allen's home-made formula...currentNO3-((%WC.01)currentNO3)=finalNO3 (thanks Luukosian) This means if you change 50% of your total water volume (That's EVERYTHING) you'll get a net reduction of (NO3) somewhere around 50%.
