Ga. having record year for sea turtle nests

Steve Newell shows where a marker has been put next to a loggerhead turtle nest site near the Beach Deck area of Jekyll Island, Ga., on Aug. 7, 2008.

Savannah, Ga. | Rare loggerhead sea turtles are having a record nesting season on the Georgia coast and have been laying eggs in promising numbers on southern Atlantic beaches from Florida to the Carolinas.

i say this as my best advice to a beginner. do not,,,and i repeat,,,,,DO NOT look at my tank as an example....i have a well practised eye, decades of experience, and a trunkload of failures to allow me to force the issue and get away with things most cannot~

I am surprised Dave has not figured out my edit yet
Yeah Lynn, It would be great if they figured out it's safer to live in our waters and stuck around. After that last thread on turtles though I am afraid a lot end up being slaughtered over seas
