Meet Spook, the world's oldest grey seal; marine'model'

At the age of 43, Spook is the oldest gray seal on record at any aquarium or zoo in the world. He has surpassed his gray seal relatives in the wild that can live to 30 years of age. Spook may be a senior citizen among seals, but retirement is not on his radar.

Awesome, Frankie! Reminds me of the Marine Mammal Stranding Center tee shirts -- they have a pic of Cupid, one of their first rescues. She was in bad shape and had to have part of her jaw removed. They thought she wouldn't make it but she was just as determined as the staff to pull through. She lived out the remainder of her life in an aquarium (forget which one) happy and healthy, with just some care for how she was fed.
