Sorry its been awhile.
Been letting the suspense build.
I got the stand home!
Tank is up on it but the floor has not yet been prepped so I cant fill it yet. Picks to come.

in the first plumbing pic why does it T off to go back into the same line?

The stainer is the return. I have another one on the intake, they a re 1.5" PVC vent guards sprayed black with krylon fusion satin.

The 1/2" pipe ( after the T ) should force the water to flow in a more turbulent fashion, witch is what the smaller diamiter pipe and many turns are for. The turbulence will help the CO2 dissolve.

The plumbing configuration has a few purposes;
-CO2
To dissolve and distribute the CO2.
-Filling
At the very bottom you can see a barbed fitting. I will have a length of vinyl hose on it and will use that to fill the tank. I will just drop the hose in a bucket of water and open the valve to it and close the one from the CO2 reactor witch is feed from the tank.
-Consolidation
The filter will be feed off the line eliminating the need to have the large intake for it in the display.
