Unhappy Lumps on blue tang

I know, I know a pic would be nice but it won't show up on film anyway.
My blue tang has tiny lumps all over. No color, like it's inside the skin.
There are also a couple of white spots but more like sugar granules than salt(sizewise).

He's acting normal.

I did lose a rose anemone a wk ago and did a 10 gal water change the very next day. (72 gal tank) and another 10 gal 4 days after.

And...we had some cold weather; the temp went a little wild on me for about 3 days fluctuating from 76 to 79

This fish also has HDLL from 3 yrs back.
I have 3 other fish, all healthy(so far). A Maroon Clown, Yellow Tang and Blue Chromis.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what it could be.
