1st water change on the QT?

My 20 gl qt has been thru it's cycle as best as I can tell. No Nitrites & Nitrate levels are off the chart. It has been ready for a while now. I haven't done any water changes yet. I just topped it off & added a pinch of flake food every so often the past couple weeks. I'm using a W/D filter with bioballs. I want to move the tank. Should I save 1/2 of the old water or can I replace it all with freshly mixed Saltwater? I don't want to shock the bacteria I have in the wet dry filter. Thanks.

no need to save the water, just make sure the new water is mixed good and the temp/ph/salinity are matched to what the tank water is now.
